If you are having trouble opening them, you can try downloading a free version of Adobe Acrobat Reader from the Adobe website. This will allow you to view .pdf files.
Please give the files a few seconds to come up. On my computer it will say it is done loading, but the screen is still blank for about 10 seconds until anything shows up. Some of the files are large, so give them some time to display.
